DIY Painted Wallet

(My favorite DIYs involve smearing some acrylic paint onto something/anything.)

 I recently had to stop using my great-aunt's beautiful pearl-covered coin purse  because the small pearl beads were slowly coming off with wear. (*tears*)

As a replacement, I found this shnazzy sip-up wallet for $7!

I decided to fancy it up with a bit of gold metallic acrylic paint, partially because I wanted to paint something and also because I've been on a Beatles kick and absolutely NEEDED to slap their lyrics onto something. I'll buy you a diamond ring my friend, if it makes you feel alright...

I was brave and just free handed it. No regrets! I love how it turned out!
